How to join the challenge
- Play your best solo over the track
Improvise over two loops of the progression (8 bars).
- Record yourself
No fancy tech needed. Your phone camera is great!
- Post it on Instagram
Publicly, so I can see it.

How to film it
If you have a laptop or tablet
Play the track there. Film with your phone.
Prop the phone up, hit play on the other screen, and play your solo. The phone picks up both at once.
If it is just your phone
Play the track out loud on anything else.
A smart speaker, a TV, a car stereo. Anything with a speaker works, as long as it is not the phone you are filming with.
