Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the affiliate program (the "Program") for all of the upcoming Paul Davids' guitar courses (the "Courses"), operated by Course Concierge LLC ("we", "us"). By applying to the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Joining

• You apply through our application form. We review every application and approval is at our discretion. We may decline or remove anyone at any time.
• Approved members join as Insiders. Insiders whose audience meets our reach threshold also become Partners and earn commission. We decide tier assignment and tell you your tier at approval.
• An Insider who refers 5 confirmed sales becomes a Partner, backdated to their first sale.
• Recruitment closes Tue Sep 22, 2026. Your participation continues through the launch after that date.

2. Commission

• Partners earn an agreed upon percentage of the net sale price of the core Course.
• No commission on order bumps, upsells, or any other product.
• Insiders earn no commission. The Insider tier runs on early access, shareable material, and prizes.
• Commission is earned on completed, non-refunded purchases only. Refunded or charged-back purchases earn nothing, and any commission already credited for them is reversed.

3. Attribution: how a sale counts as yours

• A sale is yours when the buyer signed up through your referral link (to any of our opt-in pages) and later purchases the Course with a matching email.
• Net-new customers only. No commission is paid where the buyer was already on our email list before your first referral. This is deliberate: the Program rewards bringing us new people, not redirecting existing ones.
• One affiliate per customer. Where two affiliates refer the same person, the earliest confirmed opt-in wins.
• Referred opt-ins are deduplicated by email. Leaderboard position is based on confirmed opt-ins referred.
• Self-referrals do not count, as opt-ins or sales. Purchasing through your own link earns nothing.
• Our tracking records are final. We will review genuine disputes in good faith, but attribution decisions rest with us.

4. What you may not do

• No self-referrals, and no instructing others to buy through your link on your behalf for a share of commission.
• No bidding on Paul Davids, the Course name, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, and no running paid ads that impersonate us or our pages.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or posting your link where you have no audience relationship.
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any technical manipulation of tracking.
• No misleading claims about the Course, its price, its content, or your relationship with us.
• No sharing of pre-release material outside the uses we explicitly grant (the Insider Pack may be passed to your audience as a bonus; unreleased footage stays within what each send permits).
• Breach of this section forfeits unpaid commission and ends your participation.

5. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your material connection to us wherever you share your link, in line with FTC guidance (for example: "I'm an affiliate, I earn a commission if you buy through my link"). Disclosure language is included in the materials we send you. No disclosure, no commission.

6. Payout

• Commission is paid once, on or about Tue Nov 3, 2026, after the refund window closes.
• Payouts run through our affiliate platform's payout system. You must complete payout onboarding, including tax documentation (W-9 for US persons, W-8 for non-US) before payment. No completed onboarding, no payout.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. We (or the platform) will file required tax forms such as 1099-NEC for US affiliates paid $600 or more.
• Amounts under the platform's minimum payout threshold may be held or forfeited if onboarding is never completed.

7. Prizes and the leaderboard

• Leaderboard standings are based on confirmed opt-ins referred, calculated by us.
• Prizes, contests, and their criteria are discretionary, may change, and have no cash value or cash alternative. Anything requiring Paul's live participation is scheduled after cart close.
• We may name you and your referral numbers on the leaderboard. Tell us at approval if you prefer to appear anonymously.

8. Brand use

• We grant you a limited, revocable permission to use the Course name, approved images, and the materials we send you, solely to promote the Course during the Program.
• No modifying logos, no implying endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship, no registering domains or handles containing our names.

9. The Program itself

• We may change, pause, or end the Program, or these terms, at any time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued participation after notice is acceptance.
• We may remove you for breach, for reputational risk, or at our reasonable discretion. Removal for convenience (not breach) does not forfeit commission already properly earned.
• The Program is void where prohibited by law. You must be 18+ and able to receive payments lawfully in your country.

10. Legal boilerplate

• You are an independent participant, not our employee, agent, or partner (in the legal sense).
• Our total liability to you under the Program is capped at commission properly earned and unpaid.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes go to the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
• If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand.
