Join Paul's team. Build the next chapter.
We're growing a small, focused team behind one of the world's most-loved guitar channels.
Paul Davids is one of the world's most-loved online guitar content creators. With five successful course launches behind him, we're now working on Paul's next course — and we're looking for a few new team members to help.
I manage operations for Paul's guitar courses, and over the next few months we're hiring across customer support, operations, marketing, video, and design. Some roles are tied to the upcoming launch; others are long-term seats on a small, focused team.
This page is the canonical list of what's open. Each role has its own short brief — what the work looks like, who we're hoping to hear from, and exactly how to apply. We don't ask for CVs. We care about what you've done, not where you went to school.

Small team. Low ego. High output.
A few things that are true about all of our roles, no matter the discipline.
We're a remote team across multiple timezones. Roughly 90% of our communication happens in writing in Basecamp. Clarity in writing is essential — a lack of it puts huge delays on the project.
Nobody should have to chase you. You notice what needs doing and do it — often before being asked. The best people on the team are the ones who close loose ends without being told.
Every role here, in some way, ends up in front of guitarists. We want people who watch guitar content for fun, who get why someone would buy a course, and who find that interesting rather than transactional.
A few quick notes.
Across every role on this page, the same handful of things apply. None of them are deal-breakers on their own — but they should help you decide whether to send a note, and what to include.
If you've read the brief, you fit the description, and the work sounds like something you'd genuinely enjoy — please apply. We read everything we receive.
