Account & login
Just click the “Forgot Password” button on the login page. This will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If the email doesn’t come through, please check your spam folder.

Your username will be the same email address you signed up with when you purchased the course. If you can’t remember what that is, you can simply check where you’re getting my emails about the course, and this will be the email address you can use to log in.
If you’d like to update your username or email, just email us with your new email address and we’ll get that updated for you.

Yes, you can. The system allows you to have three logins at one time, so you can be logged in across all your devices.

In signing up, you receive lifetime access to that course. You can join today, and come back and access it later at any point, and as many times as you need to. Even once you finish or complete a course, you’ll still retain access.
There is not a mobile app. However, you can access your course through the web browser on your phone, computer, tablet, or any other device.
In order to protect against piracy, lessons and videos are not available to download. However, you can access them anytime from your account on any device with an internet connection.
For easier access, you might consider bookmarking the course page in your browser or using a mobile device to watch on the go.
No. We encourage you to take a look through all the courses, and find the one that’s best for you. If you’re not sure which one to begin with, you can select what you think is the closest fit and try it out. If you need to swap, just let us know within 14 days of signing up and we can swap you to another course, or give you a full refund.

Yes, the courses have English closed captions/subtitles (with the option to slow down or speed up the videos as you wish).

You’ll be able to purchase the courses with a credit or debit card, as well as through PayPal.
Your receipt will arrive via email after you join. If your receipt does not come through, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to provide you with a receipt.

- Changing the quality setting in the bottom right-hand corner of the player to “Auto”.
- Resetting your internet connection, or checking that others aren’t streaming from your connection at the same time.
- Checking your browser and operating system for updates, or trying from a different browser (we recommend Chrome).
- Clearing your cookies and browsing history data.
- If you are using a VPN, we recommend deactivating it before attempting to watch the videos.
